Earth Hour

Earth Hour aims to draw people’s attention on critical climate change and sustainable development. It takes place on March 23rd this year at 8.30pm for one hour.

This global environmental movement encourages people to turn off lights, electronic devices and reduce energy use. Many cities and businesses around the world turned off the lights in buildings for announcing a signal of energy saving and reducing carbon emissions.

It is hoping to raise people’s awareness of reducing energy consumption and promote the importance of environmental protection and sustainable development in practice.
